Welcome! I’m Elizabeth. I love being a mental health counselor because sharing people’s journies is a sacred privledge. Clients appreciate my genuiness, humor, and ability to be frank and challenge you while maintaining empathy, compassion and non-judgement. As a Catholic therapist, I believe pain and suffering are meaningful. Traumatic experiences can spark mental, emotional and spiritual growth. I specialize in treating anxiety and depression, helping process grief, healing from past trauma and abuse, and navigating life transitions. I offer couples’ sessions where we focus on increasing communication skills and healing broken relationships. If you are Catholic or Christian, I can also leverage your faith as a strength and lay the groundwork for spiritual growth. Clients want to be heard, validated and empowered to make decisions on their own. Through a collaborative effort, we will establish goals and work towards acheiving them.
